• 2 tbsps of vinegar

• 100 ml of lemon juice 

• 1 tbsp of powdered sugar

• ½ tsp of salt 

• 1½ cup of vegetable oil 

• 2 egg yolks 

Below is a step-by-step procedure to make Miracle Whip at home. 

Step 1 

Purchase all your ingredients and turn them into clean bowls. Use a blender or an electric mixer to blend 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1½ tsp of salt, 80 ml lemon juice, and 2 egg yolks. 

Alternatively, you can opt for a hand mixer if you don’t have a blender or an electric mixer. 

Step 2 

After you blend the ingredients thoroughly, pour 1 cup of vegetable oil into the mixture. Mix the ingredients until it’s smooth. 

Step 3 

Pour the remaining ½ cup of vegetable oil into the mixture. Mix all the ingredients again, pour the remaining 20 ml of lemon juice into the mixture and blend thoroughly.  

Step 4 

Pour 80 ml of water into a pot and boil it for at least 2-3 minutes.

Can Miracle Whip Be Frozen? 

You can easily freeze Miracle Whip for three to four months.
